Louisiana Stallion Station North leads the pack
First. It is early morning and the president of Dynamic Tower Services in Carencro, La., is already on a conference call with a construction contractor in Puerto Rico. Parked outside in the gravel parking lot are seven 4X4 off-road pickup trucks. Located on the same block as Desperado’s Cabaret and Big Al’s Hideaway Lounge, the nondescript office building offers the architectural sensibility of a tire shop on a service road. A bleak trailer park dotted with rusted hubcaps and a pitbull chained to a water faucet flank the property line.
