After finding a way in 2020, Nebraska racing sees opportunity through casino gaming

IN ADDITION TO the normal chaos of opening weekend, Fonner Park CEO Chris Kotulak and his head of security spent the days leading up to the meet that began Feb. 19 spraying yellow paint on the snow and ice covering the track's parking lot in an effort to create some semblance of organization to guide returning fans.
