BLOODHORSE.COM LAUNCHES INTERACTIVE GAME "MARCH INTO MAY"

"Who is the greatest Thoroughbred of all-time?" Racing fans now get their chance to decide. 32 horses. 5 rounds. 1 champion.

Lexington, KY -BloodHorse.com announces the launch of a fun new interactive game entitled "March into May." Beginning today, and for the five week period leading up to this year's Kentucky Derby, Thoroughbred racing fans can cast their votes to determine "the greatest Thoroughbred of all-time." Selected by Blood-Horse staff, the top 32 horses of all time have been placed into a bracket (similar to college basketball's "March Madness" brackets). Now it is up to the fans to vote for their favorites, deciding which horse among each head-to-head was the better Thoroughbred racehorse. The horses receiving the most votes in each bracket will advance to the next round of sixteen, then eight, then four, and ultimately down to the final two. Will it be Spectacular Bid? Secretariat? Phar Lap? Each week, a new round of voting will commence until one classic Thoroughbred captures the crown. Fans may register to participate by visiting: http://www.BloodHorse.com/March-into-May/

The entertaining game is inspired by the hugely popular book, Thoroughbred Champions: Top 100 Racehorses of the 20th Century, published by Eclipse Press, and available through ExclusivelyEquine.com. >From Man o' War to Skip Away, each of the 32 horses in the March into May voting are revered in the sport of horse racing. Who will be voted the greatest Thoroughbred race horse of all-time? Starting today, it is up to the fans to decide!
