JOHN AND BRAD HENNEGAN TO BE THURSDAY'S GUESTS

ON BLOODHORSE.COM "TALKIN' HORSES"

Lexington, KY - Brothers John & Brad Hennegan, producers of the Thoroughbred racing documentary, "The First Saturday in May," will be the online guests on Thursday, April 3, at noon ET for this week's edition of BloodHorse.com "Talkin' Horses" www.BloodHorse.com/TalkinHorses sponsored by TrueNicks.com. The documentary, which opens with a nationwide release on Friday, April 18, follows six diverse trainers-as well as fan-favorite Barbaro-along the 2006 Kentucky Derby trail.

After working for others for too many years, the Long Island, N.Y.-natives quit their jobs and started working for themselves on the "First Saturday" movie, a project that they believed in. Their goal was to make horse racing "cool" again by telling the stories of the hard-working, dedicated, and resilient individuals who dedicate their lives to the horses they love. During the making of the movie, the Hennegan's spent thousands of hours with trainers Michael Matz, Dan Hendricks, Bob Holthus, Dale Romans, Kiaran McLaughlin, and Frank Amonte and their horses. From Hot Springs, Ark., to Dubai, the movie tells the story of the dedicated men and women that make "The Sport of Kings" tick.

The movie's official website, http://www.thefirstsaturdayinmay.com/, offers a video trailer, the theater release schedule, a director's blog, and more. Twenty-five percent of the box office from the movie's opening week will be donated to the Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation.
