Your ideas about changing racing are all right on. Having an A league & a B league would be better for the horses also because it may offer lower level allowances instead of so many claiming races, which would reduce the number of owners and trainers a horse would go through. and the changes in marketing to younger people are long overdue. You cited how Japan has gone about this and it is a success there, as well as in Hong Kong. Glad to see your involvement in this.
