Fred Taylor Jr. makes ownership affordable through Mojo Racing

For nearly 19 years Fred Taylor Jr. has worked at Southwest airlines, which built a reputation as a low-cost carrier that provided fun service to its customers, including singing stewardesses. While Taylor hasn’t taken the microphone to croon at racetracks, he has followed the Southwest playbook in setting up his Fort Worth, Texas-based mojo Racing Partners, a Thoroughbred ownership group celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2016. Taylor offers his partners an economical avenue to enter racehorse ownership and provides a social setting where they can come out to racetracks and training facilities mornings and afternoons to enjoy watching their horses run.
