Plenty of new stallions stand in the Northeast for 2019

PURSES AT NEW YORK RACING ASSOCIATION tracks continue to climb and a recent plan to increase maiden special weight and allowance purses 40-50% at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack certainly gives breeders in New York hope for the future. The Maryland and Pennsylvania Thoroughbred communities have seen sizable increases in purses and breeders incentives as well, painting a rosier picture for those breeding and racing in both the Keystone and Free states.
