I guess my favorite moment was seeing Kona Gold finally win, a nice moment was Artax, and I was happy for Gulch, as he is a favorite of mine, and the heartbreaker was Xtra Heat getting caught at the wire, I still think her jocky did not see Squirtle Squirt coming at them, oh well, he was best of the day...I absolutely love that filly, my favorite filly of all time.
Very Subtle, god she was fast. I felt so bad for Meafara, that mare tried so hard and came in 2nd twice, heartbreaking.

Yes, Very Subtle flew a bit "under the radar"--then she flew on BC Day! Perhaps another under the radar horse, this time a three year old named Fatal Bullet--can spring the upset! After all, there'e no stand out, and Fatal Bullet is fast fast fast! 'Set track record Sept 27th at Turfway on a day when the times of the other races weren't all that fast! Anyone know about him??
I was there to watch Fatal Bullet. Times at Turfway have been slow since Polytrack has been installed. This horse ran a 1:08 flat!! Turfway has produced some live mounts for the BC Sprint and FB is one worth watching.
