It was the day of the inaugural live Thoroughbred racing program at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, the last of seven tracks in the state to offer video lottery terminals and live racing simultaneously. And with that, Ohio racing had the final piece of its new circuit in place.
