Horsemen's Track and Equipment Expands
Steve Greene, President of Horsemen's Track and Equipment has announced
that Randy Bloch has joined the organization.
Louisville, KY- August 10, 2009. Horsemen's Track and Equipment, the
premier provider of race track and training center design, construction, and
maintenance equipment has brought on Randy Bloch as a partner. Horsemen's has built its business over
the past 30 years by providing quality products and innovation to the industry. Products include safety rail, portable
turf rail systems, conditioners, other maintenance equipment and track design
consultation services.
Mr. Bloch will work with Mr. Greene in expanding their sales efforts
with race tracks and training centers across the country and
internationally. In addition, he
will work side by side with Mr. Greene in developing new product offerings such
as state-of-the-art security systems, full size horse trailers and marketing /
PR expertise for racetracks and horse farms. Additional emphasis will be placed on used equipment sales
and the parts business that compliments their equipment markets.
Steve Greene shared, "Randy and I have talked off and on over the past
three years about opportunities for him to help us and the timing is right to
take advantage of his vast experiences in marketing. He and I are very similar in our philosophies and respect
and admiration for the horse."
Randy shares Steve's passion for the race horse and the industry by
owning and breeding horses. For
the last 10 years, Carl Nafzger and Ian Wilkes have trained for Randy and his
wife, Kathy, running such stakes horses as My Boston Gal, Kettle Hill, Atlas
Valley and Awsugahnow in several partnerships.
Randy Bloch has spent the past 15 years as a partner in the printing,
marketing and packaging business through Hamilton Printing and Kentucky
Pack-Out, both in Louisville, KY.
Hamilton was sold five years ago to an equity group spear-headed by Bear
Stearns and JVC, USA purchased Kentucky Pack-Out earlier this year.
