Tackleberry holds off Haynesfield by a Nose pinning his ears and digging in deep, followed by Aikenite, Soaring Empire and Tizway in a blanketing finish. I anticipate an Exciting call By the one and only Tom Durkin.

First time Lasix (this is a multiple stakes winner mind you) because he bled a little last time - you gotta love Luis.

There are no killers in this race, I think Caixa Eletronica will win. My question is, what were the former owners of Caixa thinking when they offered him up for $80,000? I like Tackleberry for second, you have to love a horse that runs drug free!

I'm going out on a limb, and say Ibboyee is going to clip Soaring Empire and Aikenite at the wire in a three-way photo for the win. I see Tackleberry running forth, with Kensei getting fifth. It should be a great race and I wouldn't be shocked if Aikenite wins. He's in excellent form and has the one-turn thing down pat. He'll need to be a little closer to the pace to have a legitimate chance to win. If he stays too phar off the pace, he'll be left with to much to do and by then it will be Ibboyee who gets his nose down first.

Soaring Empire followed by Caixa Electronica.

What about that Loisville 'Cap?  How Keertana hung in by a nose, I don't know...but she was my favorite along with Bearpath. What an awesome finish!  Three on the line.  We had so many races yesterday that looked like dead heats.  All the runners were awesome.

Haynesfield in a close one:

Scratch my last comment, I just learned that Tackleberry will be running with lasix for the first time today.

Why was Keertana even running in a $100K stakes race? She is a high quality grade I mare, the Louisville should sharpen her up for her next race.
