...is on Twitter

I can not promise anything other than thoughts, commentary and random things I think of or discover during the days at work. BUT I will say it should be entertaining =)

The new discoveries is fitting for my blog though, since this blog is set out to be through the eyes of a new comer to the industry, discovery is inevitable.

So join in the journey if you dare! I will be glad to see you there!

As a bonus, found a feature on Kelso and his 1961 Suburban Handicap, good times. I like the term "Super Gelding of the Sixties."

Good Morning Adam

Please, PLEASE, all the thoughts and comments you can muster are welcome - how wonderful to view Kelso's video. Thank you so much for your searching.  When the opportunity to view something of the yester-year horses is available - it is just simply exciting.

At my retirement-rescue home there is a great fellow by the name of Forever Whirl who had quite a good time on the track in the early 90s.  Two of his races are available on google.  Whirl is now nearly all white including the mane, tail and forelock and at 19 he is as youthful and challenging as I imagine he was while racing.

Thank you again for your discovery and wonderful memory to recall.

Thanks Ruth, I love white horses, I can't wait until Rockport Harbor grows wiser...I will like to see how white he gets.

Thanks for great video, Adam!  I'm not sure if I'm up for following the twitter link, but I wish you the best with it and hope you have fun.

Adam ,

Kelso sure was one of the all time greats!, I am still amazed that he past away the day after he showed himself to the public one last time, As to say Goodbye, A True Champion...

BTW Adam,

Piratesonthelake gave a gutsy effort today, finished second to My Best Pal Red...

That gave me chills when the moderator said, Kelso "died the next day at the age of 26" after showing himself to thousands in the post parade.
