On the subject of the Unbridled's Song line - Songandaprayer (TrueNicks, SRO), subject of a post over the weekend, being a son of Unbridled's Song (TrueNicks, SRO) - Unbridled's Song's daughter Classify, who dead-heated for the Spring Fever Stakes at Oaklawn Park, shone a light on what might be an evolving nick.

Classify is out of the mare Classic Olympio, a daughter of the Naskra stallion Olympio. There have been only two other starters on an Unbridled's Song/Olympio cross, one of which is listed stakes winner Cojet, and the other is listed stakes placed Unbridled America.

Unbridled's Song's son Buddha, who recently relocated to Pin Oak Lane Farm in Pennsylvania, was also represented by a weekend stakes winner, when his daughter Hisse took the Sarah Lane's Oates Stakes at the Fair Grounds. Out of a Dixie Brass mare, the TrueNicks A++ rated filly is also inbred to Kerala, the dam of Damascus and fourth dam of Buddha.
