TrueNicks is pleased to welcome Juddmonte Farms' newest
stallion, First Defence (TrueNicks,SRO)
Winner of the 2008 grade I Forego Handicap in sensational style,
First Defence is yet another grade I winner from the incredible Juddmonte
program. The son of Unbridled's Song (TrueNicks,SRO)
is out of
the Juddmonte-bred and raced Honest Lady, one of five graded winners and
four grade I winners produced by the great Juddmonte Broodmare of the Year
Toussaud. Two of Toussauds's grade I winners have acquitted themselves well as
sires; the late Chester House, sire of 18 stakes winners in 2008, and Empire Maker (TrueNicks,SRO), who ranks among the leading second-crop sires.
