TrueNicks is pleased to
announce the enrollment of its first two stallions standing in Washington
State. Chumaree and Prospected both stand at Homer Thoroughbreds in Burbank,
Wa.
Chumaree (TrueNicks,SRO) sold for $450,000 as a weanling at the Keeneland
November sale. Out of a mare by Secretariat, he is a son of Hennessy, already
the sire of the promising Johannesburg in Kentucky.
Prospected (TrueNicks,SRO) has
as good a stallion pedigree as you'll find. He's by Mr. Prospector from the
direct female line of Northern Dancer, a family that has also produced Street
Cry (IRE)'s sire Machiavellian. Prospected already has sired a pair of stakes horses
from his early runners.
