TrueNicks is pleased to welcome one of the Lone Star state's
most promising young stallions, Hi Teck Man (TrueNicks,SRO).
As a juvenile, Hi Teck Man won the Ruidoso
Thoroughbred Futurity and A. C. Kemp Handicap, and he confirmed that form with a win in the 2004 WinStar
Derby -- now the Sunland Derby, a race that produced this year's Kentucky Derby
winner Mine That Bird.
A son of the Majestic Light stallion Claudius, Hi Teck
Man is the number two second-crop sire in Texas by cumulative earnings. He's already
sired the likes of Lady Hi Teck who has won or placed in three stakes,
including a win in the Permian Basin Stakes last fall at Zia Park.
