Caines Stallion Station Renews, Adds New Stallion to TrueNicks

Written by moneil | Oct 19, 2009

Waupaca (TrueNicks,SRO) is the newest stallion at Caines Stallion Station. He's a son of Forest Wildcat, who has sons among the leaders on the 2009 first crop (Wildcat Heir) and third crop (D'Wildcat) standings. An earner of over $500,000, Waupaca won six stakes events, placed in 11 others and certainly has the credentials to be a good one at stud.

Country Be Gold (TrueNicks,SRO) is a four-time stakes-winning (and grade I-placed) son of Summer Squall. His big win came in the grade III Aqueduct Handicap and he also placed in the grade I Jockey Club Gold Cup, ahead of multiple grade I-winning millionaire Albert the Great.

Jack Wilson (TrueNicks,SRO), a former leading sire in the Southwest, is the sire of nearly 12% stakes winners from foals and typically sires tough, sound and consistent runners like six-time stakes winner Romeos Wilson, an earner of $722,485.

Leave a Legacy (TrueNicks,SRO), a son of the underrated Marquetry, was a four- time stakes winner at Remington Park and an earner of over $500,000.

Scottish Halo (TrueNicks,SRO) is a son of Jolie's Halo and a four-time stakes winner in his racing days. His big wins included the grade III Laurel Futurity at 2 and the rich Empire Classic Handicap at 4.

Multiple stakes winner Surachai (TrueNicks,SRO), a son of the good Seattle Slew stallion Slewpy, is the sire of the stakes winner Recognition from his early crops to race.
