Claiborne Farm’s Pulpit has quickly made a name for himself as a sire of sires with sons like Sky Mesa and Tapit. This bodes will for Claiborne’s newest addition, Parading (TrueNicks,SRO), who like those two stallions hails from an exceptional female family. He’s out of the graded placed Storm Cat mare On Parade, a full sister to Champion Storm Flag Flying. That mare is a daughter of Champion My Flag and granddaughter of Champion and Hall of Famer Personal Ensign (who set the modern standard for undefeated careers back in 1988).
Parading showed plenty of talent on the racetrack too, winning three stakes on dirt, turf and synthetic, including the grade II Dixie S. and the grade III Ben Ali S. He retires having earned over $500,000.
