Eliza Park Stallions Now on TrueNicks

One of Australia's premier stud farms, Eliza Park stand 11 exciting stallions that are now available on TrueNicks.

Earlier this month, Eliza Park announced the addition of Wanted (AUS) (TrueNicks), winner of the 1200m Newmarket Handicap (gr. I) and son of hot young sire Fastnet Rock. Wanted looks to be one of the most popular first-season stallions for the upcoming Southern Hemisphere breeding season.

Also new for 2010 are Bushranger (IRE) (TrueNicks,SRO) and Sharkbite (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO). Bushranger, a son of Danetime, was a dual European group I winner, taking the 2008 Prix Morny and Middle Park Stakes. Sharkbite is a stakes-winning son of leading sire Redoute's Choice from the famed Juddmonte family of Hasili.

Young stallion Shinzig (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO) also calls Eliza Park home. The son of Danehill won the C.F. Orr Stakes (gr. I) and is bred on the same Danehill/Mr. Prospector cross as perennial leading sire Flying Spur. Shinzig's first foals are weanlings.

Also with first crop weanlings is Magnus (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO), a son of the aforementioned Flying Spur. Magnus won the group I Galaxy Stakes over 1100m and is out of the speedy group II-winning Snippets mare Scandinavia.

Another young stallion at Eliza Park is Written Tycoon (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO). A standout 2-year-old, he won the 1200m Todman Stakes (gr. II), the course and distance prep for the Golden Slipper (gr. I). Sired by the ill-fated Last Tycoon stallion Iglesia, Written Tycoon has first crop yearlings.

God's Own (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO), the miraculous winner of the 2005 Caulfield Guineas (gr. I) (See video). A son of Redoute's Choice, God's Own has a promising group of first crop 2-year-olds on the track now.

Statue of Liberty (TrueNicks,SRO) is currently ranked fourth among third crop stallions in Australia. Statue of Liberty is a group-winning son of Storm Cat and half brother to successful sire Lemon Drop Kid. Statue of Liberty is represented this year by Memsie Stakes (gr. II) winner Mic Mac.

Also ranked highly among third crop stallions is AJC Australian Derby (gr. I) winner Clangalang (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO). This son of Mr. Prospector-line stallion Clang has already sired Tasmanian Derby (gr. III) winner Geegee's Blackflash.

Cadbury Guineas (gr. I) winner Delago Brom (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO) is a promising young stallion by Encosta de Lago. Delago Brom has sired MRC Autumn Classic (gr. II) winner Brom Brom, group III winner Danaupair Starlet, and three other stakes winners to date.

Completing the Eliza Park roster is the very popular Bel Esprit (AUS) (TrueNicks,SRO), a son of Royal Academy who has sired five group winners including Robert Sangster (gr. I) winner Bel Mer.
