Sky Conqueror on TrueNicks

Grade I winner Sky Conqueror (TrueNicks,SRO) was named 2006 Champion Canadian Male Turf Horse after sweeping that season's Northern Dancer Breeders' Cup Turf and King Edward Breeders' Cup (both Can-II). Following his championship season, he took the Woodford Reserve Turf Classic (gr. I) at Churchill Downs over Better Talk Now and Einstein, and then repeated in the Northern Dancer at Woodbine. During his racing career, Sky Conqueror won races from 8 to 12 furlongs and won or placed in eight graded stakes events.

A son of Sky Classic out of the Conquistador Cielo mare Heavenly Ballerina, Sky Conqueror is inbred 2 x 4 to Nijinsky II. His sire line crosses well with many popular broodmare sire lines in Canada. Sky Conqueror stands for $5,000 (Canadian funds) at Hunterview Farm in Orangeville, Ontario.

Sky Conqueror was one of our best turf horses here in Canada in recent years and at 5000 Dollars Canadian and with the kind of breeding he has he should be very popular.

I followed Sky Conqueror for most of his running days he was a thrill to watch as I love turf racing and I hope he will be used especially here in Canada at $5000 he is a bargain hopefully he will produce as well as he ran.

Also a huge fan of this horse, can't wait to see his babies!  If I had a mare, she'd be going to him.
