Song of the Sword, Tales Not Told on TrueNicks

Oklahoma-based stallions Song of the Sword (TrueNicks) and Tales Not Told (TrueNicks) have joined TrueNicks, and breeders are now able to run unlimited free reports on these stallions. The pair stand at Legend Farm.

Song of the Sword, by Unbridled’s Song, was on the Triple Crown trail in 2004, turning in a solid second in the Illinois Derby (gr. II) and third in the Coolmore Lexington (gr. II), earning a berth in that year’s Kentucky Derby (gr. I). Produced from the Crusader Sword mare Appealing Ms Sword, Song of the Sword is a half brother to three other stakes horses, including Astarita Stakes (gr. II) second Valerie’s Dream. Song of the Sword’s first crop are three-year-olds of 2010, including Double Edged Sword, earner of over $80,000 to date.

Tales Not Told is a son of King’s Bishop (gr. II) winner and top sire Tale of the Cat and comes from a strong stakes-producing family. His second dam is multiple graded stakes winner Classic Value, which is the immediate family of Pacific Classic (gr. I) winner Student Council, and graded winners Class Kris, Patriot Act, Gradepoint, Gulch Approval, and Don’t Get Mad. Produced from the Sword Dance mare Worth a Look, Tales Not Told’s first crop are yearlings of 2010.

Song of the Sword and Tales Not Told each stand for a fee of $1,500 at Legend Farm in Oklahoma.
