The stallions of Circle H Farms in Abbeville, Louisiana, are now available on TrueNicks.
Run Production (TrueNicks) is a son of Saint Ballado who, despite a limited number of foals, has sired five stakes horses to date, including multiple stakes winners Foreign Production, Productive Envoy, and Star Production. A stakes winner himself, Run Production is a full brother to Indiana Derby (gr. II) winner and King's Bishop (gr. I) second Star Dabbler. Produced from the durable Meadolake mare Meadow Silk—she won 13 times during four racing seasons—Run Production is also a full brother to stakes-placed Bay Head King. This is the immediate family of champion sprinter and top sire Speightstown and Spinaway Stakes (gr. I) winner Mani Bhavan. Run Production stands for a $3,500 fee.
Grade III-placed Big Top Cat (TrueNicks,SRO) boasts a blue-blooded pedigree. He is by twice leading sire Storm Cat, out of champion two-year-old filly Golden Attraction (by Mr. Prospector). The family has produced international champion Fantastic Light, Florida Derby (gr. I) winner Cape Town, and multiple grade I winner Flashing. Big Top Cat's first foals are two-year-olds of 2010, and he has already sired three winners from his first five starters. His fee is $2,500.
Graded stakes winner Gigawatt (TrueNicks,SRO) offers breeders an intriguing outcross pedigree, as he is a Wild Again half brother to Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) winner Raven's Pass. Produced from the grade III-winning Lord At War mare Ascutney, Gigawatt hails from the family of grade I winner E Dubai and European champion Rainbow View. Standing for a $750 fee, his first crop are foals of 2010.
Multiple graded stakes-placed Shermanesque (TrueNicks) is a son of Kentucky Derby (gr. I) winner Fusaichi Pegasus and is a half brother to champion two-year-old filly Countess Diana. Shermanesque was a precocious juvenile: he won at first asking at Churchill Downs in June, and then placed in the Bashford Manor (gr. III), Saratoga Special (gr. II), and Kentucky Cup Juvenile (gr. III). Shermanesque is from the family of dual Horse of the Year Curlin and multiple grade I-winning filly Exogenous. Standing for a $750 fee, his first crop are yearlings of 2010.
Kingmambo son Kingkiowa (TrueNicks) is a half brother to three stakes winners. His dam is Delaware Handicap (gr. II) victress With a Wink, a daughter of Clever Trick. In only a limited number of foals, Kingkiowa has sired 2010 stakes winner Wholelotaking. The stallion is available for a $500 fee.
Breeders are now able to run unlimited complimentary nick reports on the Circle H Farms stallions. TrueNicks is the only nicking program that references all international stakes winners and starters in its calculation. Louisiana breeders will note that Lousiana-bred stakes races are considered in each rating, making TrueNicks a valuable reference tool for planning matings.
